Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty. This is conditional upon the product(s) being returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of the customer's decision to withdraw.

The products must be returned:

• New, unworn, unwashed.

• In their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Returns and exchanges

If the product has a defect or an order error, YOKOFURI undertakes to offer an exchange or a full refund.
