1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of YOKOFURI and its customers in the context of the sale of products via the website www.yokofuri.com.
All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
However, the photographs are for illustrative purposes only and cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the delivered product (particularly regarding the colors and textures of the embroidery).

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC) , excluding delivery charges.
YOKOFURI reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The customer can place an order via the website www.yokofuri.com.
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
YOKOFURI reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or in the event of a dispute with a customer.

5. Payment

Payments are made via the secure methods offered on Shopify:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment data is encrypted using the SSL protocol and is never transmitted unencrypted over the network.
The order is considered validated after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

The products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

Delivery areas: France, European Union.
Estimated delivery times:

• Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days

• Europe: 3 to 10 business days
  

Delivery costs: indicated before order confirmation.

Free delivery will be offered for orders over 50 euros in mainland France. 

Free delivery will be offered for purchases of 70 euros or more in Europe.

YOKOFURI cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty. This is conditional upon the product(s) being returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 30 days of the customer's decision to withdraw.

The products must be returned:

• New, unworn, unwashed.

• In their original packaging.

• To the return address which will be provided by YOKOFURI .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the product.

8. Returns and exchanges

If the product has a defect or an order error, YOKOFURI undertakes to offer an exchange or a full refund.
All requests must be sent to contactyokofuri@gmail.com with supporting photo(s).

9. Legal Guarantees

YOKOFURI products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

10. Personal data

The personal information collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.
They are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.yokofuri.com are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of YOKOFURI .
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of YOKOFURI .
